Greg is a graduate of Indiana University, where he majored in Accounting and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1988.  Greg has more than thirty years of experience planning and executing business strategies in a wide range of business models in various industries.  He began his career at KPMG, where he spent 4 years and became a CPA.  Greg then spent 18 years at TransUnion in Chicago, in various management and leadership positions.  A significant portion of that time was spent leading the company’s M&A strategy, where he led the firm in acquiring six (6) privately held companies across the country in various industries.

Greg holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as state life and health insurance licenses.  His main focus has been helping privately held companies and their executives, as well as senior executives in publicly held companies.  Specific areas of work include business diversification and exit strategies, as well as the design of tax efficient long-term personal financial plans.  Here, Greg leverages his experience as an equity investor of approximately 35 years, 31 years of real estate investing and 12 years of personal and corporate tax planning and compliance.

In his personal time, Greg and his wife, Dana, enjoy traveling and many outdoor activities including golf, tennis, and a recent discovery of pickleball.
